How much can we really save with AI automation?

What happens if an agent or automation breaks or needs updates?

Uptime is key, we completely understand. Business needs and the critical nature of your customer experience solution will define the level of support that is required, we can work with you to define and plan for providing the level of support that is required. We can manage it for you, or transfer deep product knowledge to your in-house teams for self management.

Which package is right for us?

We aren't in the business of just closing deals. We prefer to develop client relationships built on trust and value. Each program is geared toward a phase of solution design, but we can create a bespoke engagement model that works for you. What's the difference between a blueprint and full implementation?

Our AICX Blueprint can be both a detailed map and diagnostic of what your internal teams can deliver, or, we can take the lead and deliver the agreed outcomes of the Blueprint. Every business is different so all our programs can be tailored to you as our client, rather than forcing you into any one templated methodology.

Can we start with the Discovery Workshop and upgrade later?

Absolutely! If after the Discovery Workshop you have a more detailed view of how we can work together we can create a bespoke program that suits you, your business and your detailed customer experience goals.
